GREEN HUMAN Co., Ltd (GHM) was founded in 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City by Tran Khac Doan - a workforce specialist with more than 15 years in labor leasing - to give businesses a dependable way to scale their teams.
From our head office in Ho Chi Minh City, we deliver labor outsourcing services spanning recruitment and payroll, staffing, and fully managed teams - engaged by headcount or by output - so clients can flex with production plans, seasonal peaks and long-term growth.
We believe dependable service starts with people who are well trained, fairly treated and closely supported. That is why we invest in structured training programs, on-site supervision and continuous improvement for every team we deploy.

With over 15 years of experience in management and operations within the labor leasing sector, I am confident in delivering labor solutions that meet our partners' expectations.
Tran Khac Doan leads GREEN HUMAN with a simple conviction: great outsourcing is built on great people - recruited carefully, trained thoroughly and treated fairly.
He remains personally involved in solution design and quality supervision, working side by side with clients from the first consultation to daily operations on site.
